Hi it's just me again...
I was blown away by the response from my first message - it obviously struck a chord with many of you.I make no apologies for its jolting nature - I want you to think seriously about what the future holds for you and your family.
The statistics are confronting and the average Australian doesn't plan ahead, invest for the future or save for a rainy day - as a result they are at the mercy of the government and the circumstances.
How does the government cope with an increase in the number of baby boomers? Two simple answers - decrease the weekly payment of the pension and increase the age to receive it. Both have been floated in parliament recently. Or the third option - abolish it altogether!
How do you feel about working until your 68 for a meagre sum? Sound like the golden years to you?
There are some frightening scenarios out there - don't be at the mercy of them.
What can you do?
I truly want to see you in a place of feast not famine - but that requires action and not many of us are prepared to do what it takes.
Control your own fate...Don't let others decide it for you.
Don't become a statistic...
Yours in success...
Craig Griffiths
